What is upline and downline in multi level marketing?

Your upline is the distributor who introduced you to the business. You join the firm under him/her, and he/she assists you in reaching your direct selling objectives. He or she will also be paid a commission on the sales of your goods.

The person that registers for the firm under you is your downline. You are responsible for introducing the business to your downline and assisting them in the business. You earn commission on your downline’s product sales.
