Patriot Bond


Full Definition of Patriot Bond


Series EE bond inscribed with a special designation after the September 11 terrorist attacks in the United States. The patriot bond has the same conditions as a standard Series EE bond and some of the proceeds from the bond are deposited into an anti-terrorism fund. The first patriot bonds were issued December 11, 2001.
