Federal legislation that provides members of the United States Armed Forces with certain tax breaks. These tax breaks may also be provided for family members of people employed by the Armed Forces. Family members and individuals employed by the military must fill out a specialized income tax return forms in order to receive deductions set forth under the Military Tax Relief Act of 2003.
