Prospective clients who are in the market for a home loan and are interested in working with a mortgage broker. There are a variety of ways to get leads. Once the mortgage broker receives a lead about a prospective client, he needs to contact the client and sell his or her brokerage services. Mortgage brokers are continually cultivating leads to generate new business.
