Full Definition of Inverse Saucer


Chart that shows the price of a stock at its high point before it will begin a downward trend. Making a saucer shape, the trend upward slowly stops and moves horizontally before falling. The downtrend typically loses 50% of the uptrend value. Also called rounded top. Opposite of saucer.
