After you have downloaded the software (about 3-15 minutes), the installation takes no more than 5 minutes. Click the Personnel File, and just enter basic information about your employees - Name, address, NI number, NI Letter and Tax Code - and click the Save button.  

To run the payroll, click the Pay Calculation menu. Type Date Paid, click the Employee Code, and type the number of hours worked. Press the Enter key to ignore boxes you don't need. Then, click the Save button and proceed to print the Pay slip. That's it. Easy - why not try it now? 

To help you enter appropriate data, each screen page displays a  "Help Box" at the bottom  with hints on what to type. Couldn't be easier.
