To enable us to do this, we have put together a comprehensive service that will cover all of your payroll needs, which means once your payroll is set up, there is very little for you to do.
Your Payroll Service includes:
- Registering you with HM Revenue & Customs.
- Monthly, fortnightly or weekly payroll calculations, for any pay date you chose, either from an hourly rate or salary through to a net payment and we will calculate the correct gross pay for you. We will also deal with holiday pay calculations for you.
- A variety of payslip options from email, posted, PDF or online payslips, enabling your nanny to check their payslip from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
- Filing your payroll return with HM Revenue & Customs.
- A set of bespoke reports for you to see what your payroll costs are each payroll period.
- Calculation of your Tax and National Insurance bill, which can be sent to you each payroll period or quarterly.
- Issuing P45 or P60 at the end of the tax year, either by email, post or online.
- Auto-Enrolment pension scheme. We will set up your pension scheme once you have chosen your pension company and operate auto-enrolment processes for you.
- We will operate all Statutory Pay procedures such as sick pay, maternity or paternity pay.
