Cum Warrant


Full Definition of Cum Warrant


Condition where a stock or security has a warrant or dividend attached. The buyer of the stock or security is eligible for the warrant or dividend which was declared before the purchase of the stock or security, but it has not yet been distributed. Also called cum dividend.
