Full Definition of Conference Call


1. A phone call for analysts, institutional investors and individual investors during which a company reports on financial results for the most recent quarter. The call may also include information related to the outlook for the company’s future. In some cases, analysts will be allowed to ask questions at the end of the conference call. 2. Generally, any telephone conversation in which more than two parties are talking and/or listening.
