Full Definition of Broad Liquidity


Amount of money issued by a central bank and the new money created through lending, broad liquidity includes T-bills with maturity under a year, savings bonds, individual bank accounts, all funds in M3, banker’s acceptances and commercial papers. Broad liquidity is used by investors and policy makers to predict inflation.
