Stock offered by companies in the industrial field, such as mining and steel, that are not favored by investors. These types of stock are usually priced much lower than other stocks and often times are the hardest stocks to sell. However, these stocks tend to have a longer investment life than most other popular stocks because they have a longer shelf life and attract investors during market turmoil.
