Australian Future Fund

Full Definition of Australian Future Fund

An investment fund established by the Future Fund Act of 2006 to ensure that the Australian government will be able to meet its pension obligations to retired public employees. The Fund includes equities, bonds, real estate, and commodities. Each category of investments is managed by private investment management firms.
