Definition: Accessibility


Full Definition of Accessibility

The ease and convenience of entering a property by tenants, owners, customers, or any other users. Typically refers to foot traffic or automobile traffic, but could also refer to airplane traffic in subdivisions with accompanying landing strips for owners. A lack of accessibility typically results in a lower property value.
