1120-S Form Schedule K-1

Full Definition of 1120-S Form Schedule K-1

Shareholder’s Share of Income, Deductions, Credits, etc. This form is used by corporations to report shareholders’ share of the corporation’s income – reduced by any tax that the corporation paid on that income – as well as deductions and credits. This form is not filed with the shareholder’s tax return, as the corporation files a copy with the IRS.
