Household Employment Taxes. This form is used by taxpayers who employed a person to perform work in their household and the taxpayer had control over that this person did and how they did it. This form, Schedule H, must be filed in this instance, even if the taxpayer did not file an individual tax return for that year. In addition, to file Schedule H, the taxpayer must also provide the household worker with a Form W-2 and send copies of that W-2 and a W-3 form to the Social Security Administration.
