Full Definition of 10% Guideline


A standard set forward by bond analysts, which states that any government or municipality bonds including up to 10% of funded debts covered in eligible or AAA-rated mortgages, are to be considered in compliance with the Policy Statement. Any amount greater than 10% will be considered excessive debt.
